Cynthia Millhorn

Founder & Director of Academic Advising

Cynthia Millhorn is the founder of Tutor2Order and serves as its Director of Academic Advising and Lead Instructor. She works directly with students while setting the instructional standards that guide the entire Tutor2Order approach across all four areas of practice: academic performance, test strategy, application strategy, and communication and presence.

With two master's degrees and a background in communication, storytelling, and education, Cynthia brings both scholarly expertise and practical experience to every student she works with. Her instruction spans subject tutoring and study systems, preparation for the ACT, SAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT, college essay and admissions coaching, and interview, presentation, and public speaking development for competitive academic and professional opportunities. Her students consistently achieve significant test score gains, stronger academic performance, and greater confidence navigating rigorous coursework and competitive admissions.

She founded Tutor2Order to make exceptional academic support genuinely personal — especially for neurodivergent learners and students with learning differences, who often need more than a standardized approach. Using individualized, data-informed learning plans, Cynthia meets students where they are and builds the structure, strategy, and confidence required for lasting academic independence.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: the right tutor does more than explain material — she helps a student see what is possible.

Operations

Christian Wallace

Director of Operations

Christian Wallace serves as Director of Operations at Tutor2Order, overseeing the business operations, financial management, and client accounts that keep the practice running with precision. He is the team's primary point of contact for all account and billing matters — managing invoicing, payment processing, contracts, and the financial relationship between Tutor2Order and the families it serves. When account questions arise or balances require attention, Christian is the direct line.

His background spans more than a decade of running complex productions and managing client engagements with major brands including Tractor Supply Company, Rich's Foods, Nature's Own, and Walmart — work that demands rigorous budget management, accountability, and follow-through.

At Tutor2Order, Christian operates largely behind the scenes — ensuring that scheduling, contracts, and financial systems run smoothly so that Cynthia and the team can focus entirely on student outcomes. He believes a serious academic practice requires equally serious operational discipline: clear agreements, timely communication, and accounts kept in order.

Sharron Wagner

Client Concierge

Sharron Wagner serves as Client Concierge at Tutor2Order, where she oversees the family experience with discretion, precision, and a deep understanding of what it means to support a student's academic life. Drawing on a background in business administration and public relations, she brings extensive experience in client relations and high-touch service to every family she works with. Sharron is the trusted point of contact between families and the Tutor2Order team, anticipating needs, managing the details, and ensuring that every engagement reflects the standard of care families expect.

A mother of two, Sharron approaches her work with a quiet attentiveness shaped by years of supporting both clients and her own children's education. She believes exceptional service is built on three things: listening closely, following through completely, and protecting a family's time as carefully as her own.
