Policies & Engagement Terms
Tutor2Order provides structured, high-level academic advising designed to deliver measurable progress and long-term student growth. The following policies ensure clarity, consistency, and the integrity of each engagement.
Scope of Services
Tutor2Order provides private academic advising, subject tutoring, test preparation, executive-function coaching, and application strategy through virtual sessions. All services are instructional in nature and do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admissions outcomes.
Enrollment & Rates
Services are offered through flexible sessions, structured academic partnerships, and specialized support for students requiring advanced instructional design. Rates vary based on level of support, commitment structure, and student needs.
Payment Terms
All services are prepaid. Session-based clients submit payment in advance of scheduled sessions. Ongoing engagements are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. Students are expected to arrive on time. Sessions conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of late arrival.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be billed. Repeated cancellations may result in loss of preferred scheduling or termination of services.
Commitment-Based Engagements
Discounted rates are reserved for families who commit to ongoing academic partnerships. Early withdrawal from a committed engagement may result in rate adjustments to the standard session rate.
Specialized Academic Support
Students requiring advanced instructional design, executive-function integration, or highly customized academic support may be enrolled at an adjusted rate. Final determination follows diagnostic assessment.
Communication
Primary communication is conducted via email. Parent updates are provided within the structure of the engagement. Additional reporting beyond scope may incur additional fees.
Confidentiality
All student information, session content, and academic records are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
Professional Standards
Tutor2Order maintains a high standard of professionalism and reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, repeated cancellations, or conduct that interferes with instruction.
Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling and submitting payment for services, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies and engagement terms.
