Cynthia Millhorn is the Founder and Lead Instructor of Tutor2Order, providing high-impact academic support through ACT/SAT prep, college essay coaching, and subject tutoring. With two master’s degrees and a background in communication, storytelling, and education, she brings both scholarly expertise and practical experience to every student.
Cynthia is deeply focused on measurable results. Her students consistently achieve significant test score gains, stronger academic performance, and greater confidence navigating rigorous coursework and competitive admissions processes.
She founded Tutor2Order to make learning empowering and accessible, especially for neurodivergent learners and students with learning differences. Using personalized, data-informed learning plans, Cynthia meets students where they are and helps them build lasting academic independence.
As Lead Instructor, Cynthia works directly with students while setting the instructional standards that guide Tutor2Order’s approach. Whether it’s test prep, essay coaching, or subject support, she helps students clarify thinking, strengthen skills, and achieve real academic outcomes—from competitive scores to compelling admissions materials and long-term success.
